Buffer is a very high priority upgrade. Once upgraded, it often lets you spend a lot of Energy on Scaling or Damaging enemies. Especially good in Boss Fights and many single-enemy Elite Fights.
Great for stopping single big hits in a wide variety of fights. This can also block direct HP damage from curse or status cards.
