Biased Cognition requires a little bit of user skill. If you're building decks which kill slower than they could, the punishment from losing one Focus per turn can start to stack up. That said, the better you get, the better it gets, and one of the ways to get better is to start picking it! When used well It's probably the best card in Defect's entire card pool.
