Can be okay damage scaling for longer fights in Act 1 or 2, but doesn't really scale with much in a way to make it exciting in Act 3.
Solid bonus damage in any deck that creates a lot of Lightning. You can also multiply the effect with Quadcast or Multicast on a Lightning.
