Cloning this card can absolutely get you a win at max difficulty, if you want a fun little challenge. My recommendation is to think of it mostly as a strong damage common for getting through Act 1, and no go overboard on trying to make Strike synergies work. It's often worth taking just as a card which deals 18 damage for 2.
