Sly means that when the card is discarded during your turn it plays automatically. This card is hilarious and I am looking forward to finding out how many different ways it can crash the game. Like, what happens if you give a bunch of cards which all draw and discard cards Sly? Do you just walk away from the computer for a while and come back to see if you won? For returning players: in my head, this card is sort of comparable to Deva Form. If that's useful to you then I'm happy.
Build your own infinite out of scraps. The potential of this card is endless, and also potentially disastrous. 10/10.
