Very cool effect. Note that when it plays from your Exhaust Pile it's placed into your Discard Pile, so it won't work again the next turn. That said, 16 damage to ALL enemies is sometimes actually worth just straight-up paying 3 energy for, and there are some decks which are good enough at exhausting cards that they're going to be able to activate its free-to-play mode quite often. Also great from an Attack Potion! Something you can be thinking about. There are some particularly strong enablers in the game. Pael's Eye is an Ancient Reward which lets you exhaust your entire hand and take another turn, and if you have Howl from Beyond with that you can get its effect very consistently, for example.
