Hologram keeps getting better and better as the run goes on, as the card it gets back is stronger and stronger. Don't overdo it with too many copies early, but most Defect decks are happy to have a couple of these, and some happily take even more.
Being able to fetch any card from your discard pile allows your deck to have great flexibility. Ideal targets are 0-cost cards or upgraded cards.
