Watch out for ways to make this work with Discard synergies. Also keep in mind that discarding cards before generating Shivs can be good because the game has a max handsize. Situational card, but the situation it's good in might come up more often than I'd expect.
Neatly bypasses the old Blade Dance problem of having hand space available. 0 cost means that this can be used at the end of your turn to ditch the rest, or mid-turn to take advantage of discard synergies.
