Most decks I play can't get much value out of Stomp. If you've already played three attacks this turn, do you really need to play this one as well? It would probably be better to put better attacks into your deck, such that playing three of them in a turn killed the enemies already. Keep an eye out for spots where it's genuinely good though. A Flash of Steel, Pommel Strike, and Anger early + a Battle Trance could make this a very appealing card.
