This is a passable damage Common which you're unlikely to get many chances to try because it's a lot harder to find an Uncommon Colorless card during the part of the run where you're interested in adding damage Commons to your deck.
The selective draw effect of this can be useful to help you get whatever you need at the current moment. Not really worth it unless you need another attack.
