The Fight option will put you into a combat with 4 Wriggler enemies. If you encounter this event in the first handful of floors, the combat will be very dangerous to you and it's probably worth taking the remove. Only take the fight if you've got some area damage options to take them out fast. The combat drops normal rewards for a hallway fight.
