If you go to the end, this event is 11HP for 135 gold, which isn't bad at all, or 18HP for Pollinous Core. 18HP is a lot more than 11HP, and Pollinous Core often won't be all that strong in your deck, so I'd suggest that your default be to think about this event as HP for Gold and spend as much health as feels safe. If you don't have much use for the gold and have excess health, keep in mind that Pollinous Core goes off every four turns, and try to plan ahead to take advantage of that extra card draw.
