A very breakable power which does nothing on its own. Combine this with something like Thunderclap and some cards which gain energy and you end up infinite in no time, but it's not an awesome card to have in your deck against tough fights in Act 1 before that's all come together. I've tended to find Vicious to be a little slow and unnecessary on a character with such tremendous scaling options, but it's nice to have as an option for runs which need more Card Draw.
