I've found this to be too awkward to make work. The scenario where I could see it being good would involve big attack cards + solid benefits for Discarding your hand, but I haven't run into a run like that yet.
Very useful multiplier for attacks. Obscene damage output if combined with Tracking. Badly wants an upgrade.
