Infinite Blades is very slow damage, but especially at lower Ascensions, Slay the Spire 2 doesn't ask you to be extremely quick very often. If you need a bit more scaling in your deck for boss fights, or have some relics or other cards which synergize with a Shiv every turn, pick one of these up. I think fine to take in Act 1 without any support as well, just to have for later.
