Accuracy is a highly specific but also highly powerful card. If your deck supports playing enough Shivs, it's very worth having. However, managing to support enough Shivs might block you from pursuing other options down the line.
One of the better ways to scale physical damage on Silent, provided you have a couple of reusable shiv sources. Don't take this with only one shiv card.
