Colorless Cards are quite powerful, but 2 Star cost and the fact you'll still have to pay the Energy to play the Colorless card makes Quasar a bit of a tough sell for me.
An interesting outlet for Stars that interacts with colorless card and card generation effects. Since you pick from one of three cards, this almost always makes something useful. Can generate Power cards.
