High Five is a bit too expensive for its effect. It's hard to spend two energy in a turn on damage sometimes, and it asks you to then spend even more energy than that to take advantage of the Vulnerable you've applied.
Solid area damage makes for a good early-game pick. Later on, it may be hard to justify the energy cost to get Vulnerable.
