Enough damage to be worth going a little out of your way to support. Regent has some ways to cheat this down to 0-Cost quite quickly, and then recur it frequently, but it's also just an okay card to play for 3 in some situations, or to pair with a Liquid Memories potion.
Very substantial upfront damage makes this worth paying 3 energy for when you first draw it. Combine with Photon Cut, Glimmer, or Cosmic Indifference to re-draw it with an increased discount.
