Juggernaut has fun synergies with ways to make small amounts of block lots of times, like Feel No Pain or Plating. If you get the Gorget relic, which gives you 4 Plating, it makes Juggernaut a massively more appealing pick up, for example. Later on in the game, the way for this to deal tons of damage is mostly by combining it with lots of exhaust and Feel No Pain. Cards like Ashen Strike might do the same thing a bit better, but maybe you haven't been offered those.
