Fun to set up Frost Orbs and watch the enemies die to your Hailstorm, but this card is a bit too conditional, slow, and has no real payoff potential; it doesn't scale to be stronger with anything else you can do really.
Consistent if underwhelming damage when you've got Frost in the deck. Won't cut it as your only damage source but can be a pretty good supplement for a defensive deck.
