There are many many ways to break Dual Wield. The simplest is just to copy your best Power or Attack. You'll run into far more complicated ways as well, though. One of my most fun runs involved getting Retain on a 0-Cost Attack, meaning Dual Wield+ could also create to 0-Cost Attacks dealing massive damage whenever it was drawn.
