Orb Scaling is quite awkward in Slay the Spire 2; it's hard to find Focus to enhance them. It can sometimes do well enough, and Capacitor will be a key component of runs where it does, but this is the sort of card I don't take unless I'm somewhat down that path already.
Think of this as a long-term power-up for slow combats. Generating more orb slots will slow down your evoke benefits but allow you to stack more per-turn benefits. As such, this is not a card for the early game. Much better with sources of Focus.
