Bing Bong for life! You can get a Bing Bong plush online if you want; he's based on a character from Aggro Crab and Landfall's game "Peak". Aggro Crab and Megacrit share an office space. The downside of Bing Bong is that curses will be added to your deck twice, but this is usually overcome by the massive advantage you get out of getting two copies of any good cards your find. It's easy to outscale the game when you find twice as many good Powers, for example, or get two copies of special cards you receive from Ancient Rewards.
All three doll relics are useful for certain decks, but Bing Bong is easily the most transformative. It will double ALL cards you add to the deck, including Curse cards! This is strongest when doubling Power or Exhaust cards, but can also give more value from relics like Fysh. Some decks absolutely want to avoid Bing Bong, so it's usually worth paying 5 hp for two choices here so that you're not stuck with it. Small, cycle-oriented decks should stay away! Daughter of the Wind can be very good with shivs on Silent. If you know you want a specific doll, go for option 3.
