Reflex is usually one of the last pieces that makes it into a VERY broken Sly deck. It's a mediocre card unless you're so good at drawing cards that using your Sly enablers to draw even more Sly enablers instead of doing anything else starts to be worth it for you. Cards like Speedster might make this the best way for you to deal damage, for example. Unfortunately, you both need to be able to consistently discard Reflex AND need drawing extra cards on your turn to be quite valuable before it's worth putting this card into your deck.
