I'm happy to have a Beam Cell in an attack-damage based run, ideally upgraded, and I find that most of my runs aim to Block with Frost Orbs while dealing damage with Attacks, so it's usually a card I'm very happy to be taking at least one of.
Very simple yet very effective way to improve Defect's physical damage output. Works with any attack, but especially nice with Sunder, Claw, or Barrage. Good floor 1 pick.
