Great damage for 0 Energy. The strength of Bully is simply that it deals a lot more damage than you might be expecting. Put 5 Vulnerable on an enemy with a Bash + a potion and this is already dealing 21 damage!
Gives Clad a good reason to stack more vulnerable. Even with 1 vulnerable, this card deals 9 for 0 energy which is comparable to Anger. Works very well with Exhaust effects to thin your deck down to just Vulnerable cards and Bully.
