Unfortunately, Defect's powers have very split identities in this game, so it's hard to make a deck which focuses around taking lots of them. Storm is more likely to fit into a deck which gets a lot of Focus somehow, and something like Biased Cognition or Echo Form to massively increase its output. In runs like that, it can potentially serve as enough damage to win lategame.
