Lunar Blast is an immensely powerful card, but it's sort of on the wrong character. Regent doesn't have too many ways to spam tons of skills in the same turn. Can do a lot with a little Vigor, but don't expect it to be much more than a chunk of damage for 0 Energy.
Another multi-hit card that can work as a payoff for Vigor or Strength sources. Works especially well with a spammable skill like Particle Wall or with colorless card generation.
