Genetic Algorithm rapidly reaches a point where it's fully Blocking on almost every turn it's played on, and can be worth Duplicating or removing Exhaust from if you get the chance to do either of those things. Unfortunately it's unlikely to be found early in the run, and finding it later than the first half of Act 2 makes it quite unappealing.
