Even if you're just using CHARGE!! to transform your worst cards into 0-Cost 13 damage cards, that's already eventually giving you 26 damage for 1 Energy. At its best it can also be used to target Curses or Statuses, or to exhaust your Deck toward some sort of combo.
Think of this as exhausting two targeted cards in your draw pile. Get rid of curses or statuses, or even thin your deck to go infinite. Deceptively strong effect. Minion Dive Bomb is a colorless card.
