Bubble Bubble is a card which can fit into functional strategies to add a bit more explosive power to them. In order to take it, you already want to have a decent density of Poison cards in your deck. If it's working, it's a ton of damage, though.
This is mathematically the most effective poison card, but it can't be your ONLY poison card. Combine with lots of draw/discard to find your other poison cards first, or just use it with the Twisted Funnel relic.
