Excellent damage for 1 energy, and scales well with both Doom and Debuff synergy later in the run. Worth picking to win the tougher Act 1 fights, and often retains some value as the run progresses.
Relatively efficient damage at the cost of having a portion of it delayed in the form of Doom. Can hit very hard when combined with Vulnerable or the power Lethality.
