Usually drawing lots of cards is enough payoff by itself without needing powers which make it even better. That said, if your deck draws lots of cards, lacks energy generation, AND needs extra energy generation to win, this is an ideal way of solving all of your problems with one card.
This includes the cards you draw at the start of your turn, so by default this is 1 energy every other turn. The more card draw you have, the better! Enables infinites.
